Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. This promotion applies to outbound shipping only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unused and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, extended use, staining, odor, pet hair, or contamination will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards. Declined items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Diaper Bags & Accessories

Because diaper bags are used in close contact with personal and baby items, they must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging included.

Bags showing signs of extended use, staining, odor, bodily fluids, pet hair, or wear beyond normal try-on will not be accepted.

We understand customers may briefly assess fit and functionality. If you have concerns after receiving your bag, please contact us before extended use so we can assist you.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet condition standards will be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.

Soft Goods

Soft goods may be tried on for fit but must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items showing signs of washing or extended wear will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Clearance or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

Return Process

To initiate a return, email contact@august-ivy.com
within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer:

• Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $100
• Calculated shipping rates at checkout for orders under $100

Shipping rates are based on carrier pricing and destination.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed to the shipping provider.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to cover reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

• Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
• Contact us within 5 days at contact@august-ivy.com

While we will assist where possible, we are unable to replace packages marked as delivered. We encourage customers to file claims directly with the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
