Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders

IVYGO PRODUCT USE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
The IvyGo feeding-friendly diaper bag set includes:
• The structured IvyGo bag
• A removable diaper pad
• A nursing cover
This product set is designed to support feeding on the go and everyday organization for parents and caregivers. It is not a medical device and is not intended to replace safe feeding practices or proper adult supervision.
Supervision Requirement
Infants and children must be continuously supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using any component of the IvyGo set.
No component of the IvyGo set should be used as a sleep surface.
The bag, diaper pad, or nursing cover should not be placed inside a crib, bassinet, stroller seat, car seat, play yard, or other sleep environment.
Intended Use
The IvyGo bag is designed to provide structured support during feeding when positioned securely and used as intended.
The product is not designed to bear excessive weight beyond normal, intended use for infant feeding and everyday carry purposes.
It should not be used as a substitute for a traditional nursing pillow or placed on unstable or elevated surfaces.
Nursing Cover
The nursing cover is intended for privacy only. It should never obstruct airflow or be secured in a manner that restricts an infant’s breathing.
Diaper Pad
The diaper pad is intended for diaper changing only and is not designed as a sleep or lounging surface.
USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, images, or other content (“Submissions”) to August & Ivy™, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes across all platforms, including social media and advertising.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party marketplaces are also subject to those platforms’ terms and policies.
August & Ivy™ is not responsible for delays, errors, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless August & Ivy Co. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site or services at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
