Our Story
August & Ivy® began out of a simple realization: the products our family needed did not exist.
After a frightening moment in early parenthood, our founder, Katie, went looking for better solutions and came up empty-handed. Rather than settle for what was available, she began designing the products she wished had existed at the time.
What started as a personal project grew into August & Ivy. Today, we create elevated essentials designed to address real gaps in the parenting market. Working with trusted partners around the world, we focus on intentional design, careful development, and products families can truly rely on.
Our first collection will launch in February. It is just the beginning.
Our Approach
August & Ivy was built to solve problems that were being overlooked.
Created by parents of three young children, our products are designed around real-life needs rather than trends. Every item begins with a simple question: why doesn’t this already exist or why hasn’t this been done better?
Guided by research, safety, and comfort, we develop thoughtful solutions that support families in everyday life. We listen closely, design intentionally, and build only what we believe truly belongs in a family’s routine.
