Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer:
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100
• Calculated shipping rates at checkout for orders under $100
Shipping rates are based on carrier pricing and destination.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
August & Ivy™ is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
• Please first check with neighbors or your local carrier
• Then contact us within 5 days at contact@august-ivy.com
While we will do our best to assist, August & Ivy™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and product
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
