The idea for the IvyGo™ came from one of those moments only a parent truly understands.
I was sitting in a small doctor’s office chair after a weigh-in, holding my crying baby and trying to keep them warm and fed while my own body was still healing. I felt like I was juggling everything at once and wishing I had an extra pair of hands.
It wasn’t just one moment. Experiences like this started stacking up and quietly shrinking my world. Leaving the house felt complicated. Feeding away from home felt stressful instead of natural.
I remember thinking there had to be a better way to feel prepared.
So I designed one.
The IvyGo is a structured diaper bag created with real-life parenting in mind. It looks like a refined everyday bag, yet includes thoughtful features for feeding, changing, and staying organized wherever the day takes you, whether that is an airplane seat, a waiting room chair, or a park bench while older siblings run and play.
When placed on its side, the structured base helps the bag maintain its shape. The included changing mat can be used for diaper changes.
A hidden nursing cover stores inside a discreet pocket and snaps into place when privacy is desired, then folds away seamlessly when not in use. A turn-lock closure secures over the top and fastens to the front, keeping everything contained even when the bag is positioned sideways.
The adjustable strap allows the bag to sit securely against your body during use. Deep side pockets reinforced with elastic keep tall bottles, water bottles, and essentials upright and within reach.
When you are finished, you simply stand up and go. The bag is already closed, secured, and strapped on, ready for whatever comes next.
Thoughtfully organized inside and crafted from water-resistant materials with brushed gold hardware, the IvyGo® was designed to make early parenthood feel more manageable, more confident, and a little more beautiful.

Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. This promotion applies to outbound shipping only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unused and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, extended use, staining, odor, pet hair, or contamination will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards. Declined items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Diaper Bags & Accessories
Because diaper bags are used in close contact with personal and baby items, they must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging included.
Bags showing signs of extended use, staining, odor, bodily fluids, pet hair, or wear beyond normal try-on will not be accepted.
We understand customers may briefly assess fit and functionality. If you have concerns after receiving your bag, please contact us before extended use so we can assist you.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet condition standards will be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.
Soft Goods
Soft goods may be tried on for fit but must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Items showing signs of washing or extended wear will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Clearance or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
Return Process
To initiate a return, email contact@august-ivy.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.

Shipping rates are based on carrier pricing and destination.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed to the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to cover reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
• Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

While we will assist where possible, we are unable to replace packages marked as delivered. We encourage customers to file claims directly with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
Damaged Shipments

How long does it take to process an order?
