How long does it take to process an order?

Size Exchanges (30 Days)
Finding the perfect fit should feel effortless.
We gladly offer complimentary size exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible apparel, subject to availability.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

- In their original condition
- Returned with tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
Once your exchange is received and approved, we'll ship your replacement size at no additional shipping cost.

Eligible apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Our premium Peruvian Pima cotton naturally relaxes with wear while maintaining its refined shape. If your child is between sizes or you prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

Eligible diaper bags and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Because IvyGo comes into close contact with personal and baby items, all bags must be free from signs of use, staining, odors, pet hair, bodily fluids, or damage beyond normal inspection.
If you have any concerns after receiving your bag, please contact us before extended use so we're able to assist.
