Something Thoughtful Is Coming

I never imagined I’d start a company. For years I moved from job to job, searching for something that felt meaningful, but nothing ever quite did. Deep down, I think I was waiting for something that would truly matter. I always felt like I was helping build someone else’s dream while mine quietly waited in the background.
Then motherhood changed everything.
I was a new mom of three, completely exhausted and running on very little sleep, just trying to make it through each day. Out of pure necessity, I created something for my youngest that made life feel just a little more manageable. It wasn’t meant to become a business. I simply needed something that worked for us.
My dad saw what I had made and encouraged me to speak with a patent lawyer. That conversation changed the direction of my life.
My mom, an incredibly talented seamstress, and I built every early prototype in her sewing room. We spent late nights refining seams, adjusting proportions, and turning rough sketches into something tangible. Those quiet hours became the foundation of this brand, created with intention, care, and countless rounds of trial and error.
This company would not exist without my husband either. He kept our home steady and cared for our children while I poured myself into this vision. It has always been a family effort in every sense.
Anyone who knows me knows that I have a deep desire to help people. It’s simply how I’m wired. I want to make daily life feel easier and more supported for parents, especially in seasons that can feel overwhelming or isolating.
What began as one small solution for my own baby has grown into something bigger, a way to design products that help parents move through their days with greater ease and confidence.
Everything we create is intentionally designed, thoughtfully constructed, and made with carefully selected materials chosen for their quality and longevity.
The name August & Ivy carries deep personal meaning for our family. It’s a reminder of where this all began and who we do it for.
We’ll officially launch in March 2026, and this is only the beginning.

This is an amazing product. I gave it as a gift to a new mom and she loved it. She loved being able to keep things organized. Unlike other diaper bags, everything stayed in its spot which made changing the baby fast and easy. She doesn’t need to search for things at the bottom of the bag. Awesome product for moms.
